O’Connor Environmental, Inc. (OEI) provides consulting services in hydrology, geomorphology and geology. We have been working to solve landscape design problems, obtain permits, and meet regulatory requirements of County, State and Federal agencies since 1996. Our office is located near the Russian River in Healdsburg, California where the vineyards of Sonoma County meet the redwood forest of the Coast Range.

OEI provides environmental consulting services to clients located primarily in Sonoma, Napa, Marin, Mendocino, Lake and Humboldt Counties in northern California. We also serve a broader clientele in the Pacific Northwest. OEI analyzes a wide range of issues pertaining to water resources, specializing in fluvial geomorphology (form and process in rivers and streams). Additional specialty areas include erosion and sedimentation, landslide mapping and evaluation, and wildland hydrology (surface water and ground water). OEI provides its clients with analyses supporting permit and grant applications, CEQA studies, water quality certifications related to non-point sources, and planning studies. We also provide expert services in relation to enforcement actions and litigation.
